Sonic Bliss

Sound healing is like the best nap you’ve ever had. In a culture as chronically over-stressed as we are, everyone deserves to lay down and truly chill out for a couple hours.

During an opening circle, we will drink cacao together, helping prepare the body and nervous system for a more expansive and relaxing experience. Then you will be guided through a Yoga Nidra meditation, bringing you into a deep dreamlike state of relaxation. From here on out, all you need to do is absolutely nothing– just allow the sweet nectar of soothing sounds take you on a journey into deeper stillness.
